Suits are CUPS (the path of Venus); STAVES (the path of Freyja); SWORDS (the path of Isis); PENTACLES (the path of Lakshmi). Court cards are called Prince, Princess, Queen, King. The pip cards in each suit are illustrated with scenes that include those goddesses. All major arcana keys have goddess names in addition to the traditional names printed in their borders. The Justice (Athena) card is #8 and Strength (Oya) is #11.

The cards are downsided from the full-size deck, which is also offered in our store, to make a convenient carry-with-you-everywhere deck. They are 2.5 x 3.5 inches. Varying the back color scheme, these backs are a mint green instead of the deep blue that the larger deck has. Included with the deck of 78 full-color cards is a 55-page instruction booklet that provide background information on the goddesses and myths that are depicted as well as divinatory meanings for all the cards.
