The phoenix, in many cultures and in many lands, represents rebirth and transformation.  For some, this mythological bird has become a symbol of their "self" or soul in transition.

There are beautiful phoenix cards in many decks often representing the Death card (see The World Spirit Tarot and The Gill Tarot).

Stitched on royal blue velveteen here, this machine embroidery design is also available sewn on several different colors of velveteen bags. See option box below.

Size: approx. 5 x 8 in. velveteen bag with tasseled tipped drawcord (select color from option box  below). Bag is lined. Fits standard sized decks.

Details: Design is 3.46 x 4.56 in and is stitched with seven colors of embroidery thread: orange, yellow, gray, red, burgundy and gold & black (eye). Four thousand, seven hundred and thirty stitches were used to develop the phoenix image.
