How To Place Your Order

Payment Methods

Pay for your order by sending a check or money order made out to "Tarot Totes."  The address is on our "Contact" page.

OR...

If you wish to use a credit card, you may do so if the card is a VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER card. We do NOT accept Amercian Express cards.


All of these options will be provided when you checkout using our shopping cart.

Your credit card information is completely secure. We use SiteSafe Network Solutions and Authorize.net for all shopping cart transactions.

General Policies

  1. The company that processes our credit cards orders does not permit us to accept international credit cards. Please send an international money order or use PayPal if you are an international buyer.  USA and Canadian credit cards are accepted.
  2. Like most businesses, we reserve the right to refuse to accept your order/business.



Foreign Currency

We wish to be paid in U. S. dollars to avoid conversion fees. 

 


 

Foreign Shipping

If your order/package will be sent to a country other than the United States or Canada, there will be additional postage charges. Go ahead and check-out using the shopping cart with the minimum postage charges, then e-mail us to determine how much to add-on for postage to your country. (Our e-mail address is listed on the CONTACTpage.) You will also be able to choose among several method of shipment.

 


 

Return Policies

  1. On bags, spread cloths, notepads, and padded cases (all products that we make ourselves)--we will refund 100 percent of your purchase price should you want to return the product for any reason. No questions asked.

  2. On books, we refund 100 percent of what you paid as long as you have not altered the appearance in any way (i.e. put your name in it, highlighted words, etc.).

  3. On decks and deck sets: If unopened and still in the shrink-wrap, 100 percent refund is given. However, once you remove the shrink-wrap--the value goes down and we would have to take a loss to resell it. Therefore, we do NOT offer refunds on opened decks. To avoid any disappointments, we recommend that prior to purchase, you read the reviews and view scans of cards. Not only do we provide lots of pictures of the cards, but there are several sites listed on our LINKSpage where you can view more pictures and read reviews. Should you end up with a deck that you don't "click" with, try trading it on a tarot deck trading list like the one at Aeclectic Tarot: http://www.tarotforum.net/. Once you join that group, you can post what you want to sell or barter. We've traded several decks that way to increase or change our personal tarot collection.

 


 

Attention Retailers and Collectors 

We do not have a paper catalog, but feel free to print out our product pages if you wish to show them to someone.

We'll gladly gift wrap your purchases and send it directly to the recipient. When you check out, you can provide a shipping address and leave a note in the Comment box.
