Popular digital artist Ciro Marchetti has crafted the evocative Tarot Grand Luxe out of his own creative imaginings. Based primarily on the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot system, the lavish details in Tarot Grand Luxe also incorporate references to the Tarot de Marseilles, as well as other historic symbols and archetypes.
Among the wide array of influences in this exquisitely designed deck are the works of Shakespeare, Greek mythology, Christian symbolism, and more. Marchetti's goal in creating this deck was to better portray the meaning of each individual card. The use of symbols in this tarot helps you understand and know the meaning of each card. But it's his use of imagery to evoke an emotion that helps you feel the meaning of each card as well.
In the 56-page illustrated booklet, Marchetti briefly describes the ideas and personal perspectives that inspired each card.

About by Ciro Marchetti and Other Works
Award-winning fantasy artist and illustrator Ciro Marchetti was born in Italy, studied art in London, and has worked in Europe, South America, and the USA. He is well-known in the world of tarot as the artist of the popular Gilded Tarot. He also created the Tarot of Dreams, Legacy of the Divine Tarot, the Oracle of Visions, the Gilded Reverie Lenormand, and the Fin de Siècle Kipper Deck (a Lenormand deck).
